Baby Booties and Hat

Materials needed:

Worsted weight yarn (choose a soft and comfortable yarn suitable for babies)
Crochet hook appropriate for the yarn weight (check the yarn label for recommended hook size)

Baby Booties:

Step 1: Sole

Make a slip knot and chain the required number of stitches for the sole length (e.g., 10 for newborn size).
Single crochet in the second chain from the hook. Single crochet in each chain across. Chain 1 and turn.
Single crochet in each stitch across. Repeat this row until the sole reaches the desired length (e.g., 4 inches).
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Step 2: Bootie Body

With the right side facing you, attach the yarn to one end of the sole.
