Crochet Cap Patterns

Instructions:

Start by making a slipknot and chaining 4. Join the last chain to the first chain with a slip stitch to form a ring.
Round 1: Chain 2 (counts as the first double crochet), work 11 more double crochet (dc) stitches into the ring. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the chain-2. (12 stitches)
Round 2: Chain 2, work 2 dc in each stitch around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the chain-2. (24 stitches)
Round 3: Chain 2, work 1 dc in the next stitch, 2 dc in the following stitch Repeat from * to * around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the chain-2. (36 stitches)
Round 4: Chain 2, work 1 dc in the next 2 stitches, 2 dc in the following stitch Repeat from * to * around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the chain-2. (48 stitches)
Rounds 5-10: Chain 2, work 1 dc in each stitch around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the chain-2.
Round 11: Chain 1, work 1 single crochet (sc) in each stitch around. Join with a slip stitch to the first sc.
Fasten off and weave in the loose ends with the yarn needle.
