Safety pin.
3″ [7.5 cm] thick foam slab 24″ [61 cm] square.
5″ [12.5 cm] thick foam slab 13″ [33 cm] long by 24″ [61 cm] wide.

Spray adhesive/glue. (ensure manufacturers’ instructions rate product appropriate for use with foam)
Serrated knife to cut foam.
Polyfill stuffing for Bolster Pillow.
