Instructions:

Start by deciding on the size and shape of your doggie door prop. You can draw the outline on the cardboard or foam board and cut it out using a craft knife or scissors. Ensure that it’s large enough to be noticeable but still proportionate to your door.

If you wish to add some decorative elements, you can paint the doggie door with acrylic paint. Get creative with colors and patterns to make it resemble a cute doggie door.

On the backside of the prop, attach Velcro strips or double-sided tape near the top edge. These will be used to attach the prop to your door without causing any damage.

Clean the surface of your door where you plan to place the doggie door prop. Make sure it’s dry and free from dust.
