Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Pattern:
Step 1: Start by selecting your yarn scraps. You can choose any colors you like and mix different textures and thicknesses for added interest.
Step 2: Begin with a slip knot and make a starting chain. The length of the chain will determine the width of your scarf. You can chain any desired number based on your preference.
Step 3: Row 1: Single crochet in the second chain from the hook and in each chain across the row. Turn your work.
Step 4: Row 2: Chain 1 (does not count as a stitch). Single crochet in each stitch across the row. Turn your work.
Step 5: Repeat Row 2 for each subsequent row, changing yarn colors as desired. When changing colors, simply join the new color in the last stitch of the previous row and continue with the new color for the next row.
Step 6: Continue crocheting rows in this manner, alternating colors and working single crochets in each stitch, until your scarf reaches the desired length. You can make it as long as you like.
Step 7: Once your scarf is the desired length, fasten off and weave in any loose ends using a yarn needle.
