Snowdrop Shawl

Materials needed:

Worsted weight yarn (approximately 400-600 yards)
Crochet hook size H/8 (5.0 mm)
Scissors
Yarn needle
Instructions:
Note: This pattern uses US crochet terminology.

Start by making a slipknot and chaining 4 stitches.
In the fourth chain from the hook, work 2 double crochet stitches (2 dc).
Chain 2 stitches and work 3 dc in the same stitch.
Chain 1 stitch and turn your work.
In the first stitch, work 2 dc.
In the chain-2 space from the previous row, work 3 dc, chain 2, and work another 3 dc.
In the last stitch of the row, work 2 dc.
Chain 2 stitches and turn your work.
Repeat steps 5-8 until your shawl reaches the desired size. You can make it as big or small as you like.
