Begin by creating a foundation chain that measures the circumference of your bust. Join the last chain to the first chain with a slip stitch to form a ring.

Rounds 2-4: Chain 3, work dc in each stitch around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the beginning chain-3.
Fasten off and weave in the yarn end.
Skirt:
Join the yarn at any point on the bottom edge of the bodice.
Round 1: Chain 3 (counts as the first double crochet), work dc stitches evenly spaced around the bottom edge of the bodice. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the beginning chain-3.
Rounds 2-5: Chain 3, work dc in each stitch around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the beginning chain-3.
Fasten off and weave in the yarn end.
Straps:
Join the yarn at the top edge of the bodice on one side.
Row 1: Chain 1 (does not count as a stitch), work single crochet (sc) stitches evenly spaced along the edge of the bodice, creating a strap of the desired length. Turn.
Row 2: Chain 1, work sc in each stitch across. Turn.
Repeat Row 2 until the strap reaches the desired width. Fasten off and weave in the yarn end.
Repeat Steps 1-4 to create the second strap on the other side of the bodice.
