Crochet Merry Christmas

Materials needed:

Worsted weight yarn in red, green, and white (or colors of your choice)
Crochet hook suitable for the yarn thickness
Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Abbreviations:

Ch: chain
Sc: single crochet
Dc: double crochet
Sl st: slip stitch

Merry Christmas Letter “M”:
Using red yarn:

Chain 21.
Row 1: Starting from the second chain from the hook, work 1 sc in each chain across (20 sc).
Rows 2-6: Ch 1, turn. Work 1 sc in each stitch across (20 sc).
Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Assembly:
Join the letter motifs to form the “Merry Christmas” phrase by sewing or using the whip stitch method. Position them in the following order: “M”-“e”-“r”-“r”-“y” space “C”-“h”-“r”-“i”-“s”-“t”-“m”-“a”-“s”.

Once the letters are joined, you can attach a string or ribbon to hang the decoration, or simply place it as a festive centerpiece.
